Stage 1: Passes and Touches

  1. Passing with inside of foot
  2. Passing with laces
  3. Passing with outside of foot
  4. Passing by rolling with sole of foot
  5. Full Volleys
  6. Half Volleys Inside
  7. Half Volleys Lace
  8. Side Volleys
  9. Inside foot control stagnant
  10. Stopping ball with sole of foot stagnant
  11. Outside foot control stagnant
  12. Inside foot touch across body
  13. Outside foot touch across body
  14. Receiving ball and opening body up
  15. Receiving ball out of air with all surfaces of foot/body

Stage 2: Basic Foot Sequences and Juggling Sequences – VIDEO

  3. Inside-Outside single foot
  4. Inside-Outside switching feet (chop follow through)
  5. Brushes
  6. Inside-Inside- Chop
  7. Inside-Inside- Outside chop

  11. Juggling with dropping ball on foot and catching, repeat

Stage 4: Advanced Foot Sequences and Juggling Sequences

  1. Inside-Inside-Inside-Out (chop follow through with 3 touches in middle)
  2. Tap-Tap Roll
  3. Pull back inside foot switch, roll, 3 foundations
  4. Pull back outside foot switch, roll, 3 foundations
  5. Pull across inside, roll, 2 foundations
  6. Pull across outside, roll, 2 foundations
  7. In-Out-Chop switch repeat (Frank)
  8. Del Piero’s with 3 steps in between, eventually taking no steps
  9. Juggling alternating feet
  10. Juggling head only
  11. Lace-Lace- Inside
  12. Lace-Lace- Outside
  13. High-Low Juggling
  14. Head- Foot Juggling
  15. Brazilian Juggling

Stage 5: Advanced Moves and Cuts

  1. Del Piero
  2. Cruyff with Sole of foot
  3. Step Over Across body and inside of opposite foot
  4. Step Over Across body and outside of same foot
  5. Spinning Brush
  6. Double Kaka
  7. Maradona Spin
  8. Zidane
  9. Stanley Matthews with a Kaka in the middle
